Aloo Pulao and Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 5 – 6 black pepper corns
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 large tomato
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 – 3 potatoes
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 chopped green chilies
  • 3 cup water for rice
  • 2 cup basmati rice
  • 2 green chilies
  • salt to taste

Ingredients used in Salad

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green chili
  • fresh coriander leaves
  • 5 – 6 mint leaves
  • little bit salt
  • some cumin seeds
  • lemon juice to taste
