Chicken Chutney Kabab
Ingredients
Ingredients for Chutney
- a handful of mint leaves
- a handful of fresh coriander leaves
- 2 green chilies
- ½ tsp cumin seeds (zeera)
- little bit salt
- 1 to 2 pinches black salt (optional)
- 1 to 2 tsp water
Ingredients for Kabab
- ½ kg boneless chicken
- 1 tbsp ginger and garlic (crushed into paste form)
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp whole mix spice powder (garam masala powder)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp crushed red chili
- salt to taste
- ¼ tsp turmeric (haldi powder)
- beaten egg for dipping the kababs before frying
- breadcrumbs for coating
- oil enough for deep frying the kababs
