BBQ Platter on Tawa

Ingredients
  

Malai Boti Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 tbsp thick yogurt
  • 2 to 3 tbsp dairy cream
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  • ¼ tsp white pepper powder
  • ¼ tsp dried fenugreek leaves
  • 200 grams chicken thigh pieces

Green Tikka Boti Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 tbsp thick yogurt
  • 2 to 3 tbsp dairy cream
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp green chili paste
  • 1 tbsp coriander and mint leaves paste
  • ¼ tsp dried fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds crushed
  • 1 to 2 drops green food color
  • 200 grams chicken thigh pieces

Tikka Boti Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp thick yogurt
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  • tsp whole spice powder
  • ½ tsp coriander seeds crushed
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • ½ tsp tikka masala optional
  • 2 drops each red and orange food color
  • 200 grams chicken thigh pieces

Seekh Kabab Ingredients

  • 250 grams chicken boneless
  • 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
  • 2 to 3 green chilies
  • 1 onion small sized, chopped and squeezed
  • salt to taste
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • ¼ tsp whole spice powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper crushed
  • ½ tsp coriander seeds crushed
  • ½ tsp chili flakes

Green Chutney Ingredients

  • ½ cup tamarind pulp
  • green chutney already prepared
  • 2 to 3 tbsp sugar

Raita Ingredients

  • ¾ cup yogurt
  • green chutney already prepared
