Schezwan Cheese Noodles
- 2 - 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 cup Chicken boneless
- 1 tsp Garlic crushed
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 Black Pepper crushed or taste
- 1 & 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Cabbage
- 1/2 cup Capsicum
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1-2 tbsp Homemade Schezwan Sauce
- 200 grams Boiled Spaghetti or Noodles
- Cheese Slices as required
