Ingredients
Ingredients for marinating chicken cubes
- 1 cup chicken boneless small cubes
- 1 tsp garlic
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp crushed red chili
- ½ tsp black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Other
- 1 - 2 tbsp oil
- ½ cup water
- 1 - 2 tbsp boiled sweet corns
- 2 tbsp onion
- 1 tbsp seedless tomato
- 2 tbsp capsicum
- ¼ tsp dried oregano leaves
- 2 - 3 tbsp pizza sauce
- mozzarella cheese to taste
Pizza Crust
- 2 cups refined flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ cup oil
- chilled water as required
- oil for deep frying
