• 1 tbsp flour
• 1 cup milk
• salt little bit
• ½ tsp crushed red chili
• ¼ tsp dried oregano leaves
• 2 - 3 tbsp capsicum

• 300 or 350 grams boiled pasta
• mozzarella or cheddar cheese to taste
