Ingredients
  

Mint Paste

  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • cup water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp black salt (kala namak)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp toasted cumin seeds powder
  • tsp greed food color (optional)
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice (in Urdu: nimbu ka ras)
