Kulfi Falooda
For Kulfi
- 1½ litre milk
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ tsp green cardamom powder
- 100 grams unsweetened khoya / mawa
Thick milk
- 2 cups milk
- ¼ cup condensed milk
- 1 tsp corn flour mixed 2 tbsp milk
- few drops of kewra essence or water
Vermicelli
- 2 cups water
- ¾ cup sugar
- rice vermicelli as required
Assembling
- kulfi
- crushed ice
- thick milk
- vermicelli
- red syrup
- dry fruits
