Prepare Mayo Chili and BBQ sauces and set them aside.
Add egg, garlic paste, all the seasonings to minced beef and rest for 20 to 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a frying pan and cook on low flame for 8 to 9 minutes each side. Place the cheese slice on the top. Or you can also heat a grill pan, grease it with butter and grill fry the patties.
Toast or grill the burger buns. Assemble the burger by applying mayo BBQ sauce to the base bun. Place the lettuce leaf, arrange the tomato and onion slices on it and add mayo chili garlic sauce. Finally place the beef patty, more sauce and cover up with the top bun. Enjoy every bite of it!
