Long Chirey
Chutney
- 20 g Raw dried mango slices (soaked in hot water)
- 1/3 cup Tamarind pulp
- Salt to taste
- 5 - 6 round red chilies
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Pakoray
- 2 cup Gram flour
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder
- Water as required
- 1 - 2 pinches baking soda
- Oil for deep frying
Other ingredients added for different taste and color
- 1 tsp Rice flour
- 1 - 2 pinches orange or red food color
- some water
Kabab
- 1 cup Gram flour
- 1/2 tsp crushed oriander
- 1 tsp crushed red chili
- 1 pinch turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/4 tsp chaat masala
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 1 - 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
- 1 - 2 tbsp onon
- Water as required
- 2 - 3 tbsp oil
