Homemade Phulkiyan Recipe
- 1 cup yellow lentil flour (moong ki daal ka ataa)
- water as required
- 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp red chili powder or to taste
- 1 tsp crushed cumin seeds
- 2 pinch turmeric
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- cooking oil for deep frying
