Kofta Palak Recipe
Kofta Masala
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 7 - 8 black pepper corns
- 2 green cardamoms
Kofta Ingredients
- 500 g boneless chicken
- 1 large sized onion
- 1 1/2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
- salt to taste
- 3 - 4 green chilies
- a handful of mint and coriander leaves
- 1 tsp crushed red chilies
- 1 tsp crshed coriander
- prepared kofta masala (ingredients mentioned above)
- cooking oil for frying
Gravy Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 medium sized blended onions
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 - 5 black pepper corns
- 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
- 2 large sized blended tomatoes
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp crushed coriander
- 1/2 tsp crushed cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp korma masala (optional)
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 250 g boiled and blended spinach
- 3 - 4 green chilies
- 2 tsp mint and coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp black pepper corns
- 1/4 tsp chaat masala (optional)
- lemon juice to taste
