Mexican Tacos
Tacos Sauce
- 3 - 4 pieces Round Red Chilies
- 1 clove Garlic
- ¼ tsp Cumin seeds
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp oil
- Fresh Water
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Cream
Ingredients for Salsa
- 1 piece Cucumber (small sized)
- 1 piece Tomato
- ½ Capsicum
- 1 Onion (medium sized)
- 1 - 2 pieces Lettuce Leaves
- 1 tsp Peri-Peri Sauce or Hot Sauce
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper crushed
- Salt to taste
Other ingredients for filling of the Tacos
- 2 - 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Fresh Garlic Cloves Finely chopped or crushed (Taza Lahsan Kooty Hue)
- 350 grams Minced Chicken
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Red Chilies Crushed to taste
- ½ tsp Crushed Cumin seeds (Zeera kota hua)
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- Black Pepper crushed to taste
- ½ piece Capsicum
Tacos Bread (Roti)
- 1 ½ cups All purpose flour (maida)
- ½ cup Maize flour (Makkai ka atta)
- Salt to taste
- Water for kneading flour
