Sunflower Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
Ingredients for marinating chicken cubes
- 1 cup boneless chicken cubes
- 1 tsp garlic
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp crushed red chili
- ½ tsp black pepper or to taste
- 1 tsp vinegar (sirka)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Other ingredients
- 1-2 tbsp oil
- ½ cup water
- ½ tbsp boiled sweet corns
- 2 tbsp onion
- 1 tbsp tomato seedless
- 2 tbsp capsicum
- ¼ tsp dried oregano leaves
- 2-3 tbsp pizza sauce
Pizza Dough
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- warm water as required
- mozzarella cheese to taste
- beaten egg (for coating before baking)
