  • ¼ cup almond (badam)
  • 1 litre milk
  • 5 to 6 tbsp ground rice (chawal pisay huay)
  • cup sugar or to taste
  • 2 pinches salt
  • ½ tsp green cardamom powder (elaichi powder)
  • ¼ cup dried milk powder (sookha doodh) - optional
  • few drops of kewra water
  • some almond and pistachio for garnishing purpose
