Moong Daal ke Pakoray

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup yellow lentil soaked for 4-5 hours (Urdu: Moong ki daal 4 se 5 ghanta paani main bhigoi hoi)
  • 1 tsp ginger (adrak)
  • 1-2 green chilies
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 2 tbsp gram flour (besan ka ata)
  • 1 tsp crushed red chilies or to taste
  • tsp crushed coriander seeds (Koota hua dhaniya)
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds (zeera)
  • salt as per your taste
  • 1 onion (small sized)
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • oil for deep frying
