Ingredients
  

Ingredients for the filling

  • 1 cup boneless chicken boiled and shredded
  • 1 potato (medium sized) boiled
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • salt to taste
  • ½ tsp white pepper powder
  • ¼ tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese to your taste

Other ingredients

  • 6-8 large green chilies
  • all purpose flour
  • 2-3 beaten eggs
  • breadcrumbs
  • oil for deep frying

Notes

Remove seeds from the green chilies to make room for the filling. Apply flour to the chilies and dip them into beaten eggs. This will make the coating with breadcrumbs to stick to the chilies.
