or cheddar cheese to your taste

large green chilies
all purpose flour
2-3
beaten eggs
breadcrumbs
oil
for deep frying

Notes
Remove seeds from the green chilies to make room for the filling. Apply flour to the chilies and dip them into beaten eggs. This will make the coating with breadcrumbs to stick to the chilies.
