  • 500 gram boneless chicken small cubes
  • 1 tbsp crushed red chilies
  • 1 tsp Tandoori Masala or Tikka Masala
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • ½ tsp white pepper powder
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • tsp orange food color
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil for cooking the marinated chicken

Other ingredients to be mixed with fried chicken for the filling

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp refined flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ tsp white pepper powder
  • salt (little bit)
  • ½ tsp mixed herbs
  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup whole kernel corn

Dough

  • 2 cups refined flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter (ghee)
  • water as required

Other ingredients used at the time of frying

  • eggs for dipping
  • breadcrumbs for coating
  • oil for deep frying
