Punjabi Creamy Chicken Recipe

Pujabi Creamy Chicken is famous dish of Asian sub-continent which is made with boneless chicken pieces cooked in a creamy sauce made with milk, cream, cashew and almond paste, and aromatic spices. It is a mild and smooth dish that goes well with naan bread, roti, or rice.

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ OIL
  • ONION BLENDED 1 MEDIUM SIZED
  • 500 grams CHICKEN BONELESS
  • 1 tbsp GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  • 1 tbsp GREEN CHILIES CRUSHED
  • SALT TO TASTE
  • 1 tsp BLACK PEPPER POWDER
  • 1 cup MILK
  • 2 to 3 tbsp CASHEW AND ALMONDS PASTE
  • 100 ml OLPERS DAIRY CREAM
  • ¼ tsp DRIED FENUGREEK LEAVES
  • ¼ tsp GARAM MASALA POWDER
