Veg Chinese Bread Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup cabbage grated (bund gobi kaddookash ki hoi)
  • 1 cup carrot grated (gajar kadookash ki hoi)
  • ½ cup capsicum grated (shimla mirch kadookash kiya hoa)
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper to taste
  • chili flakes to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp spring onion (green part)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • bread as required
  • breadcrumbs
  • oil for deep frying
