Seekh Kabab Samosa Recipe

Ingredients
Kabab Ingredients
- 400 grams chicken boneless
- 1 onion medium sized
- 1½ tbsp ginger and garlic paste
- 2 to 3 green chilies
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp mint leaves
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp red chili crushed or quantity to taste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds crushed
- 1 tsp coriander seeds crushed
- ½ tsp black pepper crushed
- ¼ tsp wholee spice powder
- 1 tbsp oil or butter
- oil for frying the kababs
Samosa Batter
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 3 tbsp clarified butter
- water as required
Other ingredients
- 1 tbsp flour mixed with 2 tbsp water to make a thick paste used to wrap up the samosa
