Tandoori Cheese Crepes

Ingredients
Ingredients for marinating the boneless chicken
- 1 cup boneless chicken
- 1 tsp tandoori masala
- 1 tsp chili flakes or to taste
- salt little bit
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 pinch orange food color
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ cup yogurt
Ingredients used while cooking the marinated chicken
- 2 tbsp oil for cooking the chicken
- ½ capsicum (optional)
Crepes
- ¼ cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup refined flour (Maida)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp powder sugar
Other ingredients added with the filling of the crepes
- mozzarella cheese as per your taste
flour water mixture for gluing the crepes layers for holding the filling inside
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp flour
