Ingredients
  

Ingredients for marinating the boneless chicken

  • 1 cup boneless chicken
  • 1 tsp tandoori masala
  • 1 tsp chili flakes or to taste
  • salt little bit
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 pinch orange food color
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup yogurt

Ingredients used while cooking the marinated chicken

  • 2 tbsp oil for cooking the chicken
  • ½ capsicum (optional)

Crepes

  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup refined flour (Maida)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp powder sugar

Other ingredients added with the filling of the crepes

  • mozzarella cheese as per your taste

flour water mixture for gluing the crepes layers for holding the filling inside

  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp flour
