Schezwan Chicken Lollipop
Ingredients
Ingredients used for marinating chicken
- 10-12 chicken wings
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp garlic paste (lehsan)
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp crushed red chili or to taste
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika powder for color
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp refined flour (maida)
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- water (as required)
Spicy coating for the lollipop
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp fresh garlic (crushed into paste)
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- water (little bit)
- spring onion (green part) (for garnishing)
