Pizza Parcel
Ingredients
Ingredients used to marinate the chicken
- 1 cup boneless chicken (small cubes)
- 1 tsp garlic
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp crushed red chili
- ½ tsp black pepper or to taste
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Other ingredients
- 1-2 tbsp oil
- ½ cup water
- 1-2 tbsp boiled sweet corns
- 2 tbsp onion (chopped)
- 1 tbsp seedless tomato
- 2 tbsp capsicum
- ¼ tsp oregano leaves
- 2-3 tbsp pizza sauce
Pizza Dough
- 2 cups all purpose four (maida)
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- warm water as required
Other ingredients
- mozzarella cheese to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
- Add oil in frying pan and cook marinated chicken continuously on high flame for 1 minute.
- Then add ½ cup water and cook on low flame with lid on until chicken is done.
- Next add boiled sweet corns, onion, seedless tomato and capsicum. Cook on high flame for 1 more minute.
- Add dried oregano leaves and pizza sauce. Stir to mix well.
Pizza dough
- In a large mixing bowl add dough ingredients and knead a soft dough.
- Punch the dough down into a ball, apply oil and let it rest for 1 to 2 hours.
- Dust some flour on clean flat surface and roll it down into large rectangular pizza bread.
- Arrange the mozzarella cheese in center and add up layer of fried chicken filling.
- Turn on the sides of the bread covering the pizza filling inside.
- Cut the bread into equal raw pizza parcels.
- Grease the baking try with oil and dust it with some flour.
- Apply egg yolk on the top surface of the raw pizza parcels with kitchen brush.
- Bake in preheated oven at 170°c for 15 to 20 minutes.
