Patty Burger
Ingredients
Translucent onion
- tbsp oil
- 1 onion (medium sized)
Burger sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard paste
- 2 tbsp hot sauce or chili sauce
- little bit salt
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp white pepper powder (optional)
- translucent onion – onion when cooked they at one stage loose their opacity and become semi-transparent and are referred as translucent onion in recipes. (In urdu: piyaz fry ki hoi)
Burger patty
- ½ kg boneless chicken
- 1 tbsp fresh garlic paste
- translucent onion
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp crushed red chili or to taste
Other ingredients
- beaten egg for dipping the burger patty
- breadcrumbs to dip the patter burger before frying
- oil to fry the burger patties
- burger buns as required
- lettuce leaves (salad pattay)
- cheese slices
- cucumber (kheera)
- tomato slices
