Mutton Achari Biryani
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup cooking oil
- 4 medium sized onions
- 1 kg boiled mutton
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 – 2 cinnamon sticks
- 7 – 8 black pepper corns
- 1 black cardamom
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 cloves
- 2 – 3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 3 – 4 blended tomatoes
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 – 2 tbsp crushed pickle mixed
- green 2 – 3 green chilies
- 2 tbsp homemade biryani masala
- 750 grams boiled Cella rice
- 2 pinches orange food color
- tomato slices
- lemon slices
