Malai Murghi Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 – 4 tbsp oil
- 1 – 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp whole spice mix
- 1 onion medium sized
- 1 kg chicken
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste heaped
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp white pepper powder or quantity to taste
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 – 3 tbsp almond paste
- ¼ cup cream
- ¼ tsp whole spice powder
- ¼ tsp black peeper crushed
- 4 – 5 green chilies
- ½ tsp dried fenugreek leaves
