Ingredients

- 15 Cardamoms
- 5 Anis Stars
- 5 - 6 red chilies
- 4 Cinnamon Sticks
- 1 tsp Black cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Black pepper corns
- 1 tsp cloves
- 5 Mace blades
- 1 Nutgeg
The raw aromatic spices added in the powder
- 1 tsp Green Cardamom
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 4 Cinnamon sticks
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Chinese salt (optional)
- 2 tbsp Chili powder
- 4 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper corns
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 Bay leaves
- 50 g dried plums
