Daal Kachori and Aloo ki Tarkari
Ingredients
Aloo ki Tarkari
- 3 – 4 tbsp oil
- 2 pinches mustard seeds
- 2 pinches fenugreek seeds
- ⅛ tsp nigella seeds
- 2 potatoes large sized
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp red chili crushed
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- 1 pinch orange food color
- 1½ cup water
- 1 tsp mixed pickle or to taste
Kachori Stuffing
- 2 cups refined flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp semolina
- 2½ tbsp oil
- water as required
- oil for frying
