Ingredients
- 3 boiled potatoes medium sized
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp black pepper crushed or to taste
- ¼ tsp mixed herbs oregano
- 1 to 2 tbsp capsicum
- 1 tbsp sweet corn
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- mozzarella cheese as requierd
- 1 egg
- 2 to 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- breadcrumbs as required
- oil for frying
