Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp onion
  • 1 tomato (small sized)
  • 1 green chili
  • salt to taste
  • ½ tsp red chilies powder
  • tsp turmeric (haldi)
  • ½ tsp coriander (sookha dhaniya)
  • ¼ tsp crushed cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • little bit water
  • 2 cups boiled chickpeas (Urdu: Ublay Channay)
  • 2 tbsp tamarind pulp (Urdu: Imli ka ras)
  • 3 – 4 potato samosa

Home made sauces

  • homemade sweet sauce (imli ki meethi chatney)
  • homemade green chatney (hari chatney)
  • potato dip sauce (optional)

Seasoning and garnishing

  • onion
  • tomato
  • whipped yogurt (Urdu: phenty hoi dahi)
  • fresh coriander leaves (dhaniya)
  • chaat masala
  • crushed red chilies
  • nimco crunch
