• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 small oinion
• 500 grams chicken
• 1 tsp garlic
• salt to taste
• ½ tsp black pepper or white pepper powder
• 1 tsp paprika powder
• ¼ tsp mixed herbs
• 1 tbsp habanero sauce or peri-peri sauce
• 1 tsp BBQ Sauce (optional)
• 2 – 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
• 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 – 2 blended tomatoes

White Sauce Ingredients

• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp flour
• 1 cup milk
• salt little bit
• ½ tsp crushed red chili
• ¼ tsp dried oregano leaves
• 2 – 3 tbsp capsicum

Other ingredients

• 300 or 350 grams boiled pasta
• mozzarella or cheddar cheese to taste
