- 2½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1½ tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1¼ cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- ½ cup oil
- ¾ cup hot water
- 1 tsp coffee
Chocolate Ganache
- 150 grams semi sweet chocolate
- 235 grams whipping cream
