Chicken Tikka Masala
- 500 grams chicken boneless
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp red chili crushed
- ½ tsp red chili powder or to taste
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- ¼ tsp whole spice powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper crushed
- ½ tsp cumin seeds crushed
- 2 pinches orange food color
- 1 tsp garlic
- 3 – 4 tbsp thick yogurt
- 2 – 3 tbsp oil

- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion medium sixed – chopped
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tomatoes blended
- 1 – 2 tbsp tomato puree
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- ¼ tsp coriander powder
- ⅛ tsp turmeric
- salt to taste
- 1 cup water
- ½ tsp cumin seeds crushed
- ¼ tsp black pepper crushed or to taste
- 2 – 3 tbsp cream
- ⅛ tsp whole spice powder
- ¼ tsp dried fenugreek leaves
