Chicken Chili Dry with Rice
Ingredients
- 400 grams chicken boneless
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp hot sauce or chili sauce
- ½ tsp red chili crushed
- ½ tsp black pepper crushed
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 1 egg
- oil for frying
- 1 tsp garlic chopped
- some green chilies
- a pinch of salt or to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp black pepper powder or to taste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 to 3 tbps tomato ketchup
- 2 to 3 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- some green chilies
- 2 to 3 tbsp spring onions
Fried Rice Ingredients
- 2 to 3 tbps oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic crushed
- 1 cup cabbage chopped
- 1 cup carrot chopped
- ½ cup capsicum chopped
- 250 grams basmati rice boiled
- salt to taste
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 tsp black pepper crushed or quantity to taste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ cup spring onion
