Chicken Boti Kabab Recipe
Preparation of Special Masala for the Boti Kabab
- ½ tbps coriander seeds
- Cinnamon stick small piece
- 2 cloves
- ¼ tsp black pepper corns
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 bay leaf
- ½ tsp poppy seeds
- 3 – 4` dried red chilies
- 10 – 15 cashew and almonds
- 1 tsp coconut
- 1 onion frired (medium sized)
- 2 – 3 tbsp water
Making of Boti Kabab
- ¼ cup oil or as required
- ½ kg chicken boneless
- 1 tbsp garlic
- salt tot taste
- ½ tsp meat tenderizer powder
- prepared masala
- ½ cup water or as required
- ⅔ cup yogurt
