Chicken Balls
Ingredients
- 250 grams minced chicken (chicken keema)
- 1 medium sized onion
- 2 to 3 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
- 1 green chili or to taste
- 1 tbsp garlic ginger paste
- 1 tsp crushed red chili
- ½ tsp crushed black pepper or to taste
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- ½ tsp mustard powder (optional)
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 slice of bread
- some refined flour (maida) for coating purpose
- beaten egg as required for dipping the balls
- breadcrumbs for coating purpose to add crispiness to the balls.
- oil as required for deep frying the balls
