Chana Moong Daal Mix Recipe
Ingredients
- ¾ cup yellow lentil
- ¼ cup split Bengal gram
- 3 – 4 tbsp cooking oil
- ½ small onion
- 4 – 5 black pepper corns
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tomato
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- 2 cups water
- salt to taste
- ¼ tsp chaat masala
- 4 – 5 mint leaves
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 2 – 3 green chilies
- ¼ tsp whole spice powder
- lemon juice to taste
