Ingredients
Ingredients for marinating chicken cubes
- 1 cup chicken boneless (small cubes)
- 1 tsp garlic (lahsan)
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp crushed red chili
- ½ tsp black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Other ingredients
- 1-2 tbsp oil (for cooking)
- ½ cup water
- 1 to 2 tbsp boiled sweet corns
- 2 tbsp onion
- 1 tbsp seedless tomato
- 2 tbsp capsicum
- ¼ tsp dried oregano leaves
- 2 to 3 tbsp pizza sauce
- mozzarella cheese to taste
Ingredients for Pizza Crust
- bread slices as required
- cheese slices
- chili flakes (kooty hue laal mirch)
- oregano leaves or parsley
