Bhuna Gosht is very popular in Pakistan. The mutton pieces are slowly cooked in whole spices, onion slices, and chopped tomato. Further, ginger-garlic paste, yogurt, and green chilies give a deep aromatic flavor.
It is a bit time-consuming, but the result is delicious and juicy mutton. We call it ‘Bhuna Gosht’. Serve it along with rumali roti or naan and pickled onions to enjoy your meal.
