BBQ Platter on Tawa
Ingredients
Malai Boti Ingredients
- 2 to 3 tbsp thick yogurt
- 2 to 3 tbsp dairy cream
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
- ¼ tsp white pepper powder
- ¼ tsp dried fenugreek leaves
- 200 grams chicken thigh pieces
Green Tikka Boti Ingredients
- 2 to 3 tbsp thick yogurt
- 2 to 3 tbsp dairy cream
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
- 1 tbsp green chili paste
- 1 tbsp coriander and mint leaves paste
- ¼ tsp dried fenugreek leaves
- 1 tsp cumin seeds crushed
- 1 to 2 drops green food color
- 200 grams chicken thigh pieces
Tikka Boti Ingredients
- 2 tbsp thick yogurt
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
- ⅛ tsp whole spice powder
- ½ tsp coriander seeds crushed
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp tikka masala optional
- 2 drops each red and orange food color
- 200 grams chicken thigh pieces
Seekh Kabab Ingredients
- 250 grams chicken boneless
- 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
- 2 to 3 green chilies
- 1 onion small sized, chopped and squeezed
- salt to taste
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- ¼ tsp whole spice powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper crushed
- ½ tsp coriander seeds crushed
- ½ tsp chili flakes
Green Chutney Ingredients
- ½ cup tamarind pulp
- green chutney already prepared
- 2 to 3 tbsp sugar
Raita Ingredients
- ¾ cup yogurt
- green chutney already prepared
