Badam ki Kheer
Badami ki Kheer is a delicious and healthy dessert made up with almond, milk and rice. I can best be served on festivals and family gatherings.

- ¼ cup almond (badam)
- 1 litre milk
- 5 to 6 tbsp ground rice (chawal pisay huay)
- ⅔ cup sugar or to taste
- 2 pinches salt
- ½ tsp green cardamom powder (elaichi powder)
- ¼ cup dried milk powder (sookha doodh) – optional
- few drops of kewra water
- some almond and pistachio for garnishing purpose
