Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds (zeera)
  • ½ tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 onion (large sized) boiled
  • salt to taste
  • ½ tsp crushed red chilies or to taste
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • 2 pinches turmeric (haldi)
  • 1 tsp mint leaves paste
  • 1 green chili crushed
  • 1-2 tbsp green coriander leaves

Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes (boiled)
  • 1 green chili and 1 tbsp mint leaves crushed into paste
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 onion (small sized) finely crushed
  • ½ tsp crushed cumin seeds (zeera)
  • ½ tsp crushed red chilies
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • tsp turmeric (haldi powder)
  • ¼ tsp raw mango powder (khatai powder)
  • ¼ tsp chaat masla powder
  • salt to taste

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
  • 2-3 tbsp onion
  • 2-3 tbsp sweet corn
  • 1 cup cabbage (band gobi)
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 carrot
  • ¼ cup boiled peas
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • salt to taste
  • ½ tsp black pepper or to taste
  • ½ tsp white pepper (optional)
  • ¼ tsp mixed herbs

  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper or to taste
  • crushed red chilies to taste (optional)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 stalk spring onion green part
